Jennifer Kaut-Hines M.Ed., BCBA

Jennifer received her Master’s degree from Texas State University with a concentration in Autism and Emotional Disturbance. She has been in the field of Developmental Disorders for 25 years treating all ages, and founded Inspire in 2008.

She conducts Individual Educational Evaluations (IEE) for school districts, provides expert court testimony, Ad Litem services and treatment for teens and adults with severe challenging behaviors. Jennifer’s expertise and interests are in Autism Spectrum Disorder, AD/HD, Global Developmental Disorders, Self Injurious Behavior and Severe Anxiety Disorders, establishing new residential and crisis intervention options for those with Autism or IDD.

Tarsah Dale M.Ed., BCBA

Tarsah DaleBoard Certified Behavior Analyst

Originally from Oregon, Tarsah lived throughout the country until ultimately settling in Austin, Texas. She has her B.A. from Wesleyan University (Middletown, Connecticut) and received her Master’s Degree in Special Education at the University of Texas at Austin, specializing in Autism and Developmental Disabilities. She has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities, (children and adults) since 2002, and began working at Inspire Behavior Therapy in 2010. Additionally, Tarsah has worked in a variety of settings, including clinical, in-home, classroom, and residential facilities. She specializes in challenging behavior, social skills groups, AD/HD, and severe disabilities.

In 2014, Tarsah decided to act on her passion and commitment to Inspire by partnering with Jennifer to become Co-Owner. Her goal is to help slowly expand the services and programs offered, while maintaining the exceptional quality for which Inspire is known.

Joyce Dale

Joyce spent several years providing part-time billing services for Inspire remotely from Oregon until the Fall of 2015. At that point, she and her husband relocated to Texas, after being talked into moving and providing full-time support by her daughter, Tarsah.

Joyce has previously worked in banking, as well as property and restaurant management. As she settles into her new home and state, she hopes to acclimate to a new gardening season (one of her favorite pastimes!) and continue exploring the local parks and hiking trails as well.

Pamela White, Ph.D., BCBA-D

Pamela WhiteBoard Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral

Dr. Pamela White is well into her second decade working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other differences. She earned her B.A. in Psychology at Brandeis University and completed her M.Ed. and Ph.D. in Autism and Developmental Disabilities at The University of Texas at Austin. From residential schools to educational technology, Pamela has used Applied Behavior Analysis across places, people, and a diversity of behaviors. She also has published research in several peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, Pamela has been a guest lecturer at colleges across the country. Outside of the disabilities arena, Pamela might be found playing disc golf or board games, practicing yoga, or cheering for her Buffalo Bills during football season.
