Jennifer Kaut M.Ed. BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Certified Equine Therapist

Jennifer Kaut M.Ed. is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her masters degree from Texas State University with a concentration in Autism and Emotional Disturbance. She has been in the field for 18 years as a: Private Behavior Consultant for Parents & School Districts, District Behavior Specialist & Autism Specialist, District In-Home Trainer Coordinator, District Lifeskill Coordinator, Certified Special Education Teacher. Her experience also includes working with the State of Texas as social worker investigating child abuse. Jennifer is requested to speak at seminars; educating doctors, therapists, teachers and parents on Autism and AD/HD. Jennifer has been certified as a Equine Therapist by the Founder of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy & Learning, Greg Kersten.Recently, Jennifer has been hired to be the State Autism Specialist for DARS.

Jennifer’s expertise and interests are in Verbal Behavior, Self Injurious Behavior, Challenging Behavior for Neuro-Typical Children, AD/HD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Downs Syndrome, OCD , Tourette’s and Severe Anxiety Disorders. Jennifer enjoys coaching parents and providing parent workshops. She also is an expert advocate for parents when dealing with school systems and the ARD process.

Jennifer is also a mom of 3 children- 2 of which happen to have special needs. Many people ask if her career came because of her children. Ironically, she was in the field first for almost 9 years when she married her husband and became a proud mom of a child with Asperger Syndrome & DiGeorge Syndrome. A few years later her youngest was diagnosed with ADHD and Auditory Processing Disorder. Both boys have significant learning difficulties. Living life with Autism and ADHD has only made her more driven to better the lives of these children and their parents.

Pamela J. White M.Ed. BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Pamela J. White, M. Ed. is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently working on her doctoral degree in the Department of Special Education with a concentration in Autism and Developmental Disabilities at the University of Texas at Austin. Pamela comes to Inspire with a wealth of expertise. Pamela has taught children and adolescents with severe and multiple disabilities in public, private, charter, and residential schools.  She also provides behavior consultation through Austin Travis County Integral Care. Pamela’s expertise and interests are in challenging behavior, social communication skills and joint attention. Through the University of Texas,  she is  currently researching friendships of people with disabilities and joint attention in children with autism.

Tarsah Dale M.Ed.

Behavior Analyst

Tarsah Dale is a Behavior Specialist with eight years of experience working with individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities.  In addition to working with children of all ages, Tarsah has worked in many different settings, including home, classroom, and residential. She specializes in challenging behavior and severe disabilities.  As a former tennis instructor and high-school coach, she is also known for her energy and positive attitude.

Tarsah has her B.A. from Wesleyan University and received her Masters Degree in Special Education at the University of Texas – Austin.  Tarsah will sit for her board exam to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) this fall.

Sarah Martin

Behavior Tech

Sarah Martin is a behavior tech currently striving towards a degree in Christian Counseling. Sarah developed a love of working with special needs and people effected by it through her younger brother with autism. As the age of sixteen, Sarah began voluntering respite services through the Arc of the Capital Area, as well as volunteer work at Hope House in Liberty Hill, Tx. Growing up under the family dynamic of a special needs child has given Sarah a unique perspective and insight. She is very intutive to every needs and truly loves  helping others like her brother to acheieve their full potential.

Julie Biggs

Certified EAL Equine Therapist

Therapeutic Riding Instructor

Julie is a certified in Equine Assisted Learning and Psychotherapy by the founder: Greg Kersten. She recently spent a week in a specialized training with Spirit Horse www.spirithorsetherapy.com in  Dallas learning their techniques on Therapeutic riding.She will soon have Instructor Certification through NARHA (North American Riding for the Handicapped Association) Julie has been working with Inspire Behavior, co-facilitating equine and social skills groups for children with all levels of developmental delays.  She currently works with CASA and will be leading a program to facilitate to rehabilitation of children in the foster care system through the use of equine therapy. Julie is in school to earn her license in social work after working in a law office for 20 years.

She is a current member of the American Quarter Horse Association, American Cutting Horse Association and the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association.

As the mother of three, grandmother of five and owner of three horses, Julie has come to realize that horses and other animals play a significant role in the aspect of Therapeutic healing as well as growth and development in children and adults. “I have witnessed children with mild disabilities to extreme handicaps overcome hardships through working and being associated with horses and all kinds of animals.  It is truly one of the most amazing things that I have ever seen.”
