Self Esteem EAL Group

Equine Assisted Learning

Self Esteem EAL(Equine Assisted Learning) groups are offered 3 times a year for 12 weeks. Ages start at 7 years old to teens.  These sessions are created for any child or teen who might be struggling  with a lowered self esteem/self image, depression, anxiety or anger. These sessions spend a full hour on a equine assisted activity designed to increase their confidence and problem solving abilities. They will be challenged to find and focus on their strengths. These activities will stimulate real life scenarios for the children and teens. Using the horses- creates a mirror of emotions and a picture of how other people may be reacting to their actions in their own life.
